Now this is an interesting image with a very painful and pleasurable subject. maybe painful to the male slave but a source of pleasure for the Domme.

CBT stands for penis ball torment. Indeed in this image some charming ropework has been done around the male sub’s penis and balls. Now this femdom can simply tug on the rope and he would follow her anywhere (thats if the male sub were not bound so he couldnt move). An interesting bit of situational bondage for the slave there will be pain no matter what he does or doesn’t do.
