CBT stands for willy ball torment. Indeed in this image some charming ropework has been done around the male sub’s willy and balls. Now this femdom can simply tug on the rope and he would follow her anywhere (that’s if the male sub were not bound so he couldn’t move). An interesting bit of situational bondage for the slave there will be pain no matter what he does or doesn’t do.
